Hi, I'm Laurie!

I am the owner of Hippie Dayz Brew. I started this company in May of 2021. I've always had a love for coffee and caring for the Earth we live in. I wanted to incorporate my love for both in one place. Hippie Dayz Brew is not just a coffee company, its a way of life.

About my coffee process: I manually course grind my beans then steep in an eco friendly bag in an aluminium crock pot. Cold brews will be poured into a reusable glass mason jar.

My coffee beans are composted once I am done brewing.

I like to experiment with flavors in coffees and  I make both cold brewed and hot. I also like to bake. During the pandemic, I began to experiment with what I had on hand. I have definitely perfected my rum cake!
